LG has long been a king of OLED TVs. So like every year, people are pretty excited about what the company is bringing in 2022. The company has been slowly sharing details about the 2022 OLED TV lineup, and we finally have almost everything.
2022 LG OLED TVs: Models and their sizes
LG is upgrading its entire OLED TV lineup with new models in 2022. As a result, C2 succeeds C1, and the same goes for G2, B2, and A2.
- Like 2021, G-series will remain the top-of-the-line series, and LG G2 will be the flagship model. It will come in 55-inch, 65-inch, 77-inch, 83-inch, and 97-inch sizes.
- LG C-series will cater to most consumers, and in 2022, it’s getting more sizes than ever. You will be able to buy LG C2 in 42-inch, 48-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, 77-inch, and 83-inch.
- LG B-series sits in the middle of the company’s OLED lineup. You can think of it as a cheaper C-series with the older OLED panel that isn’t as bright as the G- and C-series’ OLED Evo panel. The LG B2 will be available in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 77-inch sizes.
- The A-series is LG’s cheapest OLED TV, and this year’s A2 will only see two sizes in North America – 55-inch and 65-inch. Europe and other markets, on the other hand, will get 48-inch and 55-inch models.

Many of the 2022 LG OLED TV models are already on sale, and others will become available soon. If you are thinking of buying a new OLED TV, LG’s lineup is one of the most value for money. Sure, Sony makes better OLED TVs, but they are typically priced way higher than LG models.
Features
The 2022 LG OLED TVs pack tons of exciting features, including an updated version of webOS, improved tone mapping, and total 48Gbps bandwidth in each HDMI 2.1 port.
You will still get support for Dolby Vision IQ, Filmmaker Mode, and eARC. Gaming features include support for ALLM and access to Google Stadia and Nvidia GeForce Now cloud gaming services. Apart from LG A2, all other OLED TV models also have a native 120Hz panel and VRR support (HDMI VRR, AMD FreeSync Premium, Nvidia G-Sync compatibility). However, like its predecessor, the A2 features a 60Hz panel and lacks VRR support.
Lastly, the LG C2 is also getting the brighter OLED Evo panel. It’s likely the same panel as G2, but LG has made some extra adjustments in the G2 to make its panel go brighter than the C2.
