Netgear Nighthawk M6 ProNetgear and AT&T have launched their most powerful hotspot to date in the form of the Nighthawk M6 Pro. If you want a 5G mobile hotspot on AT&T, this is the one to get. It not only supports AT&T’s ultrafast mmWave 5G network, but it can also utilize the newer C-band frequencies apart from other sub-6GHz 5G bands. Simply put, it is the only mobile hotspot that can genuinely take advantage of AT&T’s 5G network in the US.

Apart from its excellent 5G network support, it’s only the first mobile hotspot to support Wi-Fi 6E, enabling better performance and a new 6GHz band. You still get the 2.5GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands. If you connect a Wi-Fi 6E-compatible device with this mobile hotspot, you can theoretically get up to 3.6Gbps wireless transfer speeds.

The Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro also packs an Ethernet port capable of delivering up to 2.5Gbps transfer speeds. So you get the fastest possible Wi-Fi and a quite capable Ethernet port for your connectivity needs. There is also a USB-C port for charging and tethering, and two TS9 external antenna connectors.

Among other specifications, the Nighthawk M6 Pro has a 2.8-inch touchscreen display that you can use for basic setup and glancing at the connection details. The battery capacity is 5,040mAh, which Netgear claims can last up to 9 hours on a single charge. The device also supports Quick Charge, and a compatible charger is bundled in the box. Lastly, the mobile hotspot can connect up to 32 devices simultaneously.
